Founder's Vision

Dew Drops Academy began as a vision driven by Mrs. Rekha Kunder’s passion for education, ignited by a simple yet meaningful encounter that revealed her natural gift for teaching. Inspired by the Montessori Method and guided by Mrs. Meenakshi Sivaramakrishnan, Rekha established Dew Drops as a place where children could learn freely and at their own pace. Her husband, Mr. Ravi Kunder, joined this mission, bringing his knowledge of natural development to create a nurturing environment aligned with Montessori principles. Together, they built Dew Drops Academy as a place where each child’s individuality is respected, fostering a lifelong love of learning.
